So I did day 4 again which was a vegan day. I was great during the day. Then dinner came around and I went to a friends house. I ate pretty bad considering none of it was healthy and almost all fried. And there was soft chicken. Finally something I can eat with these braces.
Day 5- favorite healthy food. Probably bananas and peanut butter. YUM omg best thing ever. I also really like kale because I can put it with practially every dish I make amd its extremely healthy!!!

Day 4- go vegan for a day
Ok this was like a mission fail because I can only eat really soft foods. (Yay braces) And an egg and yogurt is on the list of things I can eat.
Also I completely forgot about the vegan day aha. Totally slipped my mind. But I’m doing day 4 (redo) and day 5 tomorrow. :)
The scariest moment is always just before you start.
I got my braces on today and now my mouth feels like crap.
